Setra Dress stands for a completely stylish shopping experience – this also includes uncomplicated and fast returns.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days.
The goods must be unworn, clean, and with all tags attached.
Worn or soiled items are excluded from return.
Reduced items can also be returned.
Return Process
Please conveniently create your return via our online return portal.

Return Costs:

Germany: €8.50
International: €17.50
The amounts will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Refund
After receipt of your return:

Processing within 4–6 business days
Refund within 3–5 business days
Important Notes

Unregistered returns will not be accepted
Returns without prior registration via the return portal and without an official return label cannot be processed. A refund is excluded in this case.

Use of the official return label
The use of our return label is mandatory. Otherwise:

the return cannot be assigned
no processing will take place
the shipping risk lies with the customer
Undeliverable Shipments
Should a shipment be returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, it can be resent upon request (plus shipping costs).
Alternatively, a cancellation is possible – already incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
