Setra Dress stands for an all-round stylish shopping experience – this includes a simple and fast return process.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
The return must reach us within 14 days.
The goods must be unworn, clean, and have all tags attached.
Worn or soiled items are excluded from returns.
Reduced items can also be returned.

Germany: €8.50
International: €17.50
The amounts will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Refund
After receiving your return:

Processing within 4–6 business days
Refund within 3–5 business days
Important Notes

Unannounced returns will not be accepted
Returns without prior notification via the return portal and without an official return label cannot be processed. A refund is excluded in this case.

Use of the official return label
The use of our return label is mandatory. Otherwise:

the return cannot be assigned
no processing will take place
the shipping risk lies with the customer
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, it can be re-sent upon request (plus shipping costs).
Alternatively, a cancellation is possible – shipping costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
