Return Policy

At SETRA, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, since a large portion of our products consist of evening dresses worn for special occasions, returns are not possible.

You can only request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange procedure:
• The product can only be exchanged for another model of the same size (if in stock).
• Discounted products cannot be exchanged.
• You can choose another product of equal value or request a gift card valid for 1 year.

Exchange conditions:
• The product must be unused,
• the tag must not have been removed,
• it must be clean and undamaged.
• The product must not have perfume, makeup, cigarette odor, stains, or deformations.

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged and will be sent back to the buyer.

Shipping Information:
• Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
• Only for faulty or incorrect deliveries will shipping costs be covered by SETRA MODE.
